The manufacturing process of motor cores has a significant impact on the operating performance of motors. In motor core production, the straight laminating process and large rotation process are two distinct technologies, each with unique characteristics and application scenarios.

Straight Laminating Process
The straight laminating process is a more conventional method. In this process, laminations are directly stacked and pressed together without angular rotation.
During the rotor or stator blanking step of a progressive die, the laminations are directly punched into the blanking die. The laminations are fixed together by the stacked riveting protrusions on each lamination.
Key advantages of the straight laminating process include high production efficiency and more cost-effectiveness.

Large Rotation Process
The large rotation process involves rotating the laminations at a certain angle during stacking and pressing. This rotation compensates for the cumulative error of the laminated layers caused by uneven material thickness, thereby improving the magnetic properties of the motor.
This process is suitable for scenarios requiring high precision and performance. It can enhance the core's magnetic properties, dimensional accuracy, and product dynamic balance. However, relatively speaking, the process is more complex and has higher requirements for equipment and technology.
