Toroidal Auto Power Transformer Core
The production of toroidal core is completed by automatic ring winding machine. The size of toroidal core is determined according to your needs. Every toroidal core produced by us will be tested by electromagnetic to ensure that it is in the appropriate frequency.
Manufacturing Process: Non-oriented silicon steel strips are usually wound into toroidal cores using automatic toroidal winding machines. The size of the core can be customized according to different application requirements. After winding, annealing treatment may be required to eliminate internal stress generated during processing, further optimizing the magnetic properties of the core. In addition, the core surface may undergo coating treatment to enhance its insulation performance and corrosion resistance.
Application Fields: Non-oriented silicon steel toroidal cores are widely used in various fields such as power, electronics, instrumentation, lighting, and rectifiers. They can be used to manufacture various types of transformers, including single-phase transformers, rectifier transformers, combined transformers, power transformers, and distribution transformers. In occasions with high noise requirements, since non-oriented silicon steel produces less vibration, choosing non-oriented silicon steel toroidal cores makes it easier to control the noise of transformers.
