Non-Oriented Silicon Steel Toroidal Core Feature
Material Properties: Non-oriented silicon steel has uniform magnetic properties in all directions, with high magnetic permeability that enables easy conduction of magnetic flux, facilitating efficient energy transfer in electrical equipment. At the same time, it has low core loss, which can effectively reduce energy dissipation in the form of heat and improve the energy efficiency of equipment. In addition, non-oriented silicon steel also has good electrical conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and excellent formability and processability, allowing it to be easily processed into toroidal and other required shapes.
Structural Advantages: The toroidal core is shaped like a donut with a hollow center. This structure extends and continuous the magnetic flux path, reducing magnetic leakage and energy loss, thereby improving the overall performance of the equipment. Compared with traditional laminated cores, toroidal cores have a smaller volume and lighter weight under the same power conditions.
