Silicon Stacked Core is a magnetic core with material properties requiring relatively low linearity and high hysteresis through a high-temperature heat treatment process. Silicon stack cores are used for motor cores or current sensors. As one of the important components used in rotating machines such as electric motors or generators, motor cores are applied to various fields such as automobiles, industrial elevators, and medical motors depending on their size and purpose. Current sensors are mainly used in the BMS (Battery Monitoring System) to monitor and control the current value by measuring the intensity of the current. In particular, current sensors are one of the essential components that monitor and protect the condition of the battery by detecting the current generated during battery charging and discharging.

Silicon Stacked Core Feature
Material:
The core is made from thin sheets of silicon steel, an iron-silicon alloy chosen for its strong magnetic properties.
Layering:
These sheets are stacked on top of each other and are coated to prevent electrical current from flowing between them.
Purpose:
The stacked structure allows the core to conduct magnetic flux efficiently while the insulation between sheets significantly reduces eddy currents, a type of energy loss.
Efficiency:
This process leads to higher energy efficiency in devices like transformers and motors.
