Amorphous Alloy Toroidal Ferrite Core Product Description
Amorphous alloy is a new soft magnetic material. It is known as a new material with environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency. It is produced through an advanced technology of rapid solidification of molten metal at a cooling rate of about a million 'C/sec.
Now our amorphous strip could be used to make EMC common mode inductor, current transformer core, transformer core, inductor core and so on. Amorphous ribbon has many advantages, such as high permeability, high saturated induction, high electrical resistivity, high density, low core loss and good stability. It can replace the materials of silicon steel, permalloy and ferrites, widely used in electric power, electronic products.
