Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Silicon Steel Product Description
Oriented silicon steel: It has strong directionality, the lowest iron loss value in the rolling direction, the highest magnetic permeability, and a higher magnetic induction value under a certain magnetization field. The silicon content of oriented silicon steel is about 3%. It also requires a low content of oxide inclusions in the steel and must contain certain inhibitors (MnS, A1N).

Feature
1,Low iron damage
2,High permeability
3,Smooth surface and uniform thickness
4,Excellent application performance.
Application
- Power transformers: Core of ultra-high voltage, high voltage and distribution transformers, reducing energy loss in power grid transmission;
- Mutual inductors: Current transformers and voltage transformers, ensuring the accuracy of metering and protection in power systems;
- Special transformers: High-frequency transformers and traction transformers (railway electrification), meeting the requirements of high magnetic induction and low loss;
- Reactors: Series/parallel reactors in power systems, used for compensating reactive power and suppressing harmonics.
