M470 Silicon Electric Steel Sheet Product Description
Silicon steel, also known as silicon steel Sheet or Electrical Steel, it is a ferro-silicon soft magnetic alloy steel with very low carbon content, usually containing 0.5% to 4.5% silicon. The addition of silicon can increase the resistivity and maximum permeability of iron to reduce the coercivity, iron loss and magnetic aging.
Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented Steel Application
General Industrial MotorsIt is used for the stator and rotor cores of medium-power industrial motors such as fans, water pumps, and machine tools. With its balanced magnetic properties and high cost-effectiveness, it meets the basic operating requirements of motors and controls production costs.
Household MotorsIt is suitable for small-power household motors such as washing machines, non-inverter air conditioner outdoor units, and refrigerator compressors. Its non-grain-oriented property meets the multi-directional magnetic conductivity requirements of household motors, and the coil supply form also conforms to the mass production mode of home appliances.
Small Electromagnetic ComponentsIt is applied to the cores of small inductors and relays.
