Corrugated oil tank uses the "corrugated sheet folding machine" in the corrugated production line to automatically fold the specification of cold-rolled steel coil into the sheet type required by the design drawing, including the corrugated height, pitch, corrugated sheet, straight edge length and total length and width of corrugated sheet. The folding quality is good and the speed is fast; the corrugated sheet is welded after folding to complete the folding end seam and reinforced iron welding. The welding adopts argon arc welding, with stable welding arc, large weld penetration, good forming, and no defects. The corrugated oil tank has a bottom, a box edge, and a rectangular mailbox made of corrugated sheets. The corrugated sheet is made of folded sheet. In addition to good heat dissipation performance, the corrugated fin has the function of expansion to relieve the internal pressure rise.
Inspection of distribution transformer before operation:
1. Check the transformer certificate; if the certificate exceeds two months, the insulation resistance should be retested.
2. Check the oil level and breathing hole; there should be no oil leakage, oil leakage and good ventilation.
3. Check whether the high and low voltage insulation bushing and relevant lead wires are intact, and whether the screws are loose.
4. Whether the position of the voltage regulating switch is correct and whether the high and low voltage fuses are suitable.
5. Lightning protection shall be complete and grounding resistance shall be measured to be qualified.
6. There should be no abnormal phenomena in cables and busbars.
