GNEE New Material dry type transformer manufacturers

According to the manufacturer of the epoxy resin dry-type transformer, the transformer, as the core component of the power conversion part of the power system, is a static electrical equipment. Its main working principle is to realize the transfer of electrical energy through electromagnetic coupling between different windings to achieve changes between different voltage levels. The transformers produced by transformer manufacturers have complex structures and are composed of many components. The main components are: transformer body, transformer oil tank, transformer cooling device, transformer non-electrical protection device, transformer outlet device, etc.

Transformer and insulation: The transformer winding is the main circuit part of the transformer and is made of insulated wires wrapped in insulating paper wound one by one. The insulation and wires are combined into a cylindrical whole, and the interturn insulation of the winding is the insulation between individual wires in the same coil. Multiple turns of winding are combined into a bundle, and then each turn forms a pie. The insulation between cakes refers to the insulation between each cake. The cylindrical shape of the windings is covered by high, medium and low voltage windings. Generally, there is a voltage regulating winding on the outer layer of the high-voltage winding, and there is a voltage regulating tap. The other end of the tap is connected to a tap changer for small-range voltage regulation. Transformer oil tank: The oil tank of an oil-immersed transformer plays the role of mechanical support, cooling and heat dissipation, and insulation protection. It is an oil-immersed container, the outer shell of the transformer, and the skeleton of other components inside the transformer. Transformer cooling methods mainly include self-cooling, air cooling, forced oil-air cooling, and forced oil-water cooling. Generally, transformers with a rated capacity of 63,000kVA and below can use oil-immersed self-cooling, and transformers with a rated capacity of 8,000kVA and above can use air cooling. The non-electrical protection device mainly includes a pressure relief valve. The valve seat of the pressure relief valve at the top of the fuel tank is sealed by a metal cover and a spring. Transformer manufacturers can control this sealing pressure within a small range by improving spring quality and screening springs.
