GNEE Steel Silicon Steel Core

Silicon steel is an important material for manufacturing transformer cores. High-quality silicon steel is a major factor in determining high-end end products. As a Class A agent of China's leading steel mills, GNEE not only provides high-quality silicon steel raw materials: grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) and non-grain-oriented electrical steel (NGO), but also provides high-quality semi-finished products. EI board is one of the conventional types.

Grain-oriented electrical steel core

"E" pieces and "I" pieces are produced simultaneously. More than 10 advanced punching lines cover the most complete sizes in the market, including single-phase and three-phase types. We offer over 33 product sizes from EI 28 to EI 228, covering the most commonly used market sizes. There are 5 sizes of "Three Phase EI" ranging from 150 to 300. The board can be used with or without holes. Customized sizes are also welcome.

Depending on the customer and usage, annealing services are optional to help the product achieve better performance. 20 annealing furnaces operate continuously day and night. Accurate time and temperature control are the keys to good annealing performance.

The packaging of EI tablets can be customized. Products will be weighed and packed simultaneously. For your convenience, the carton can be printed with: product name/thickness/total weight, etc. A certain number of boxes are then placed on wooden racks, wrapped in plastic film and ready for shipment.

The processing service center has sufficient inventory to ensure sufficient supply at any time.
