Design and Manufacturing Standards, and Rated Capacity

Liquid filled power transformers shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI C57.12.00 and ANSI C57.12.20. Their rated capacities shall be one of the following values: 50, 75, 100, 167, 250, 333 kVA. Hermetically sealed distribution transformers rated at 50 kVA and 75 kVA shall be equipped with support lugs (mounting brackets). Single phase pole mounted transformers rated at 100 kVA and above shall not be equipped with support lugs.

Primary Voltage Parameters

The rated voltage ratio of the oil type distribution transformer shall be 7200/240 V, and the basic insulation level (BIL) of the primary winding shall be 95 kV.

Secondary Voltage Parameters

Tap Changer Configuration
