Product Advantages

Compared with ordinary oil immersed transformers, the oil immersed distribution transformer eliminates the oil conservator. Instead, the corrugations of the corrugated oil tank replace the oil pipes as cooling and heat - dissipating elements. The corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high - quality cold - rolled thin steel plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugations can expand and contract along with the volume change of the transformer oil, thus isolating the ONAN type transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of the oil and the dampening of the insulation, enhancing operational reliability, and enabling maintenance - free operation during normal use. The surface of the corrugated oil tank undergoes degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatments, and is then coated with three - protection (rain - proof, moisture - proof, and anti - fog) paint, making it suitable for use in production environments such as metallurgy and petrochemical industries.
