110KV Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformer is manufactured in compliance with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60076 and the National Standard GB 1094 of the People's Republic of China. Core
The three-phase oil-immersed power transformer adopts a high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel core. It features a fully inclined hole-free structure and uses low-carbon steel plates as tension plates to rigidly connect the upper and lower clamps with the core, effectively reducing no-load losses and lowering noise levels.

Windings
Depending on the transformer capacity, windings employ cylindrical, spiral, or continuous structures. For windings rated at 110kV or higher, interleaved or internal shielding configurations are utilized to optimize impulse voltage distribution. Transposed or composite conductors minimize additional winding losses. Computer-aided simulations ensure precise calculations of electric fields and impulse characteristics, guaranteeing superior electrical performance and mechanical strength. Compression Structure
