Production Process Of Silicon Steel

Pickling
Through the descaling machine and hydrochloric acid tank, the oxide of the hot rolled steel strip is removed to prevent defects on the surface of the cold rolled finished product.

Cold stamping
In order to ensure the thickness and material for different applications, the deceleration ratio is set to 40%-90%, and advanced control equipment such as automatic thickness control and automatic shape control are realized.

Anneal
It is a process of softening hardened steel strip materials in cold stamping processes. Through metal heating and rapid cooling, deep-processing steel and high-tensile steel are produced, and boxing (hood returning) annealing and continuous annealing methods are adopted.

Insulating coating
When processing silicon steel plates into iron cores, in order to improve their processing performance and prevent eddy current losses equivalent to the self-multiplication of the thickness of the steel plate, continuous coating equipment is used to spray insulating coating solution under the steel plate.
