pickling

Silicon steel sheet processing process and procedures
Cold rolled oriented silicon steel process flow → primary cold rolling → intermediate annealing → secondary cold rolling → decarburization annealing and insulation layer coating → high temperature annealing in a bell furnace → thermal leveling and insulation layer coating → longitudinal (or transverse) cutting → packaging
Decarburization annealing coating isolation layer - a typical MgO coating isolation layer used for oriented silicon steel.
High temperature annealing in a bell furnace - generally, it is also used for oriented silicon steel, and some semi processed non oriented silicon steel also uses bell annealing, but the temperature is lower than that of oriented silicon steel.

In order to simplify the traditional production process of non oriented Electrical steel, reduce consumption and improve the magnetic properties of non oriented Electrical steel, more mass production is realized through the process of oxygen top blowing converter (BOF) - RH vacuum treatment - LF refining furnace - thin slab continuous casting and rolling (CSP) - pickling and rolling - continuous annealing.
