Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil construction
- Topcoat (PE/HDP/PVDF, etc.), when the thickness is above 20um, can effectively prevent damage to the coating by ultraviolet rays and harsh environments.

Uses of Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil
The main uses for pre-coated galvanized steel coils are household appliances and construction.
Home appliances are mainly used for side door panels of refrigerators, and casings of air conditioners, freezers and washing machines. The construction field is more widely used than household appliances.
PPGI coils for construction are used in roofs, gutters, sandwich panels, industrial building facades, cold storage panels and rolling shutter doors.
Z275, Z150 and Z100 are available in pre-painted steel coils. For less demanding environments, use Z40 zinc and polyester coatings.
