The S11-M series fully-sealed oil-immersed power transformers feature advantages such as low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, achieving significant energy savings and reducing pollution. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, the fully-sealed transformer eliminates the oil storage tank. Instead, the volume change of the oil is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated tank.The transformer is isolated from the air, which helps prevent and slow down oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.
Three Phase Oil-Filled Transformer Advantages
The transformer core is made from imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which significantly reduce no-load losses and no-load current. Additionally, the core is strapped to ensure its tightness and to reduce noise.
The high and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. For low-voltage windings up to 500 kVA, a double-layer cylindrical structure is used. While for 630 kVA and above, a double-helix or quadruple-helix structure is employed. The high-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
The transformer uses a Dyn11 connection group to reduce harmonic effects on the power grid and improve power quality. It features a fully-sealed structure, which extends its service life and eliminates the transformer suspension core and maintenance.
