2. Assembly site layout: Overhaul and assembly of power oil-immersed transformers are best carried out in the maintenance room. If there is no maintenance room, you need to choose a temporary assembly site near the foundation platform of the oil-immersed transformer to put the oil-immersed transformer in place. You can also assemble it on-site on the foundation platform. There should be a tent at the outdoor site. The temporary assembly site must be easy to transport, the road should be flat and of sufficient width, the ground should be solid, flat and dry, away from smoke windows and water towers, and the distance from nearby buildings should meet fire protection requirements. After long-distance transportation, oil-immersed transformers will be subject to greater vibrations and require body inspection. The body inspection of oil-immersed transformers is divided into hanging cores and hanging hoods. Regardless of hanging cores or hanging hoods, the inspection contents are the same.
