CRGO silicon steel

Ultra-low iron loss oriented silicon steel

Refine magnetic domains:Magnetic Domain Refinement Technology can reduce the core loss of grain-oriented silicon steel by 10%–20%.

Depositional tension coating:This leads to a reduction in core loss per unit weight of the silicon steel sheet.

Thinning thickness (0.15mm):Currently, 0.20mm-thick grain-oriented silicon steel strip is a soft magnetic material used in 400Hz magnetic fields, characterized by high magnetic induction and low core loss.

Ultra-high magnetic orientation silicon steel

Using Bi or triple recrystallization, or high temperature gradient annealing process, can obtain B8>1.95 ~ 2.0T performance.

Application Fields:

High-Efficiency Power Transformers

Ultra-high-voltage (UHV) transmission

Distribution transformers

New Energy Equipment

Wind/solar power inverters

High-frequency transformers for EV charging piles

High-End Electrical Devices

Precision instrument transformers

High-frequency reactors

Fine-Grained Dual-Oriented Silicon Steel

Using the silicon oxide decarburization method, this dual-oriented silicon steel sheet with a {100}<001> cubic texture not only exhibits high magnetic induction but also demonstrates significantly low iron loss and magnetostriction in both the rolling direction (RD) and transverse direction (TD). Its B8 value reaches 1.85–1.90 T in both directions, with P1.7/50 below 1.02 W/kg (0.30 mm thickness).

6.5% Si Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel

When the silicon content reaches 6.5 wt%, the material exhibits near-zero magnetostriction, increased electrical resistivity, and reduced eddy current losses, resulting in superior magnetic performance at elevated frequencies. Consequently, 6.5% high-silicon steel has become an ideal core material for low-noise, low-iron-loss applications, attracting significant research attention globally.

Inhibitor-Free Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel

The production of grain-oriented silicon steel without inhibitors has already been partially implemented in manufacturing (e.g., JGE offers such products) and is undergoing further research to expand its applications. This innovative approach enables the use of lower slab heating temperatures and eliminates the need for decarburization.

The development of special purpose electrical steel plates

Such as thin strips of triple-recrystallization oriented silicon steel with thickness below 0.1mm, oriented pure iron plates with high saturation magnetic induction, and high insulation properties and non-pollution insulation coatings and bonding coatings are also urgent problems to be solved.
