1,Thickness of substrate steel coil

2,Thickness of Galvalume/Aluzinc coating

The price depends on the different thicknesses of the galvanlume/aluzinc layer. The thicker coating, will have higher price with the longer lifetime.

3,Paint thickness

Generally speaking, the thickness of the top coat film of a single-sided color coating is 11-30um, and back paint is 5-10um. 4,Painting Styles

Standard export package

3 layers of packing, inner side is anti-water craft paper, PVC plastic film is the middle and outer side covered by at least 0.45mm thick steel sheet, wrapped by minimum seven steel strapping strips with lock catch.

Special package

Special package includes vertical packaging or customer-required packaging. This packaging method can calculate the price based on the packaging cost. Vertical packaging is a roll with the core upward and the bottom fixed on a wooden pallet. This packaging method protects the steel coils from external forces to the greatest extent, but the packaging and labor costs are high.
