The S11, S13, S20, and S22 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are suitable for power systems with an alternating current of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 20KV or below. They serve as distribution transformers for enterprises in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, and light industry, as well as in dusty environments.

The transformer core is made from imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which significantly reduce no-load losses and no-load current. Additionally, the core is strapped to ensure its tightness and to reduce noise.
The high and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. For low-voltage windings up to 500 kVA, a double-layer cylindrical structure is used. While for 630 kVA and above, a double-helix or quadruple-helix structure is employed. The high-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
The transformer uses a Dyn11 connection group to reduce harmonic effects on the power grid and improve power quality. It features a fully-sealed structure, which extends its service life and eliminates the transformer suspension core and maintenance.

400kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformers have a wide range of optional specifications to fully meet diverse application requirements. In terms of voltage regulation, the tap changer has two options: on-load voltage regulation and off-excitation voltage regulation. On-load voltage regulation can flexibly adjust the voltage according to load changes when the transformer is running without power outages, and is suitable for places with high requirements for voltage stability; off-excitation voltage regulation has a simple structure and low cost, and is suitable for environments with relatively stable voltage.
In addition to conventional oil-immersed self-cooling (ONAN), oil-immersed air cooling (ONAF) can also be used as a cooling method. Oil-immersed air cooling can start the fan to assist in heat dissipation when the transformer load is large, enhance the cooling effect, and ensure that the transformer operates stably under high temperature or high load conditions.
