Design Overview
The fully sealed oil immersed power transformer adopts the fully oil-filled sealed type. The corrugated tank shell is a permanently sealed tank whose elasticity adapts to the expansion of the oil, and it can adapt to a variety of outdoor harsh environments. It has been widely used in various power distribution equipment.
Features
Low noise: the compact design structure and the application of new materials and new technology reduce noise; there is no oil storage tank, and the height is lower than similar products.
Reliable long-term service life: the fully sealed power transformer case cover and the tank rim are bolted and welded to isolate the contact between oil and air, preventing oil oxidation and moisture ingress.
Small size and beautiful appearance: the transformer oil tanks use corrugated plate fins. When the oil temperature changes, the change in oil volume is adjusted and compensated by the elastic expansion and contraction of the corrugated sheets. The corrugated tank is beautiful in appearance, small in size, and has a small footprint.
Maintenance-free: because the oil is fully sealed from the atmosphere, the transformer does not require periodic oil inspection and replenishment, and the fully sealed transformer does not require maintenance.
