100kVA 11kv 3-Phase Oil Immersed Step-Down Power Transformer

Product characteristics:
1.The core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45°three-stage fully oblique seams, no punching, and the core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.
2.The coil is made of oxygen-free copper conductor with reasonable structure, which improves the resistance to sudden short-circuit.
3.Increase the effective support of winding end face, so that the short-circuit resistance of the winding is further improved.
4.Oil storage cabinet is cancelled, and the wave fin of corrugated oil tank replaces the oil pipe as the cooling element, the wave super can expand and contract with the volume expansion and contraction of the transformer oil, the transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere, which prevents and reduces the deterioration of the oil quality and the insulation dampness, and strengthens the operation reliability, and the normal operation is free of maintenance.

 

100kVA 11kv 3-Phase Oil Immersed Transformer Service environment:

1. Ambient temperature: Maximum +40ºC, Minimum -40ºC.Parameters can also be customized according to the customer's environment, such as long-term stable operation in a 55 ºC desert environment


2. Altitude: less than 1000 meters.


3. Seismic level: less than 3m/s2 at horizontal direction and less than 1.5m/s2 at vertical direction.


4. Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
