The ambient air temperature should be within the range of not lower than -5°C and not higher than +40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C.

The 380V AC Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet should be installed and used indoors, and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed (for example, 90% at +20°C). Meanwhile, the influence of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes should be taken into account.

When the low voltage cabinet is installed, the inclination angle relative to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%

Receipt Inspection and Storage: After the product arrives at the receiving location, first check whether the packaging is intact. If any problem is found, relevant departments should be informed in a timely manner to find out the cause. For low voltage switch cabinets that are not to be installed immediately, they should be stored in an appropriate place according to the above-mentioned normal operating conditions.

Specific Installation Operation: The installation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet should be carried out strictly in accordance with the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When installing the main busbar, the overlapping surface should be repaired smoothly, cleaned thoroughly, and can be coated with neutral vaseline or other equivalent measures, and then fastened with bolts.

Check whether the finish paint on the cabinet surface is peeling off, and whether the inside of the cabinet is dry and clean.

Check whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.

Confirm whether the on-off of the main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate, and whether the on-off of the auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.

Check whether the indication of the instrument, the transformation ratio and polarity of the transformer are accurate.

Check whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the insulation supports, installation parts and accessories are firmly and reliably installed.

Inspect whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the specification of the fuse core of the fuse is correct, and whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements and the action is accurate.

Check whether the electrical contacts of the AC distribution cabinetconform to the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

Confirm whether the protection circuit system of thr low Voltage electrical cabinet meets the requirements.

Measure the insulation resistance value with a 500-volt megohmmeter, and the value shall not be lower than 1 megohm.
