GNEE Steel Transformer Silicon Steel
Dry-type transformer has the advantages of large short-circuit resistance, little maintenance work, high operation efficiency, small dimension and low noise, which is commonly used in places with high requirements of fireproof and explosion-proof. This type transformer is widely used in local lighting, high buildings, airports, docks, CNC machinery and others. Its cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). The transformer can operate continuously for a long time under rated capacity under natural air cooling. Output capacity of the transformer can increase by 50% under forced air cooling. It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation. Due to the load loss and impedance voltage increase significantly when overload, it is not suitable for long time continuous overload operation.

1. Low energy consumption: The adoption of isotropic soft magnetic material generates low magnetization power, high electrical resistivity and low eddy current consumption. The no-load loss and current of the core made of amorphous alloy are very low, only 1 / 3 of that of silicon steel sheet.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: The amorphous alloy core is fully wrapped by resin and high temperature resistant silica glen which effectively prevent corrosion and falling off amorphous alloy fragments, and provide better protection for the core and coil.
3. Low noise: Improvement of the structure of iron core and coil and adoption of special noise -reduction materials greatly reducing the operation noise.
4. Featured by low temperature-rise and strong heat dissipation, this product can work by 150% rated load under air cooling condition. Perfect temperature control protection system is applied to provide reliable guarantee for safe operation of transformer.
