The working principle of a dry pack transformer is electromagnetic induction. Simply put, when an alternating current is passed through the primary coil of the dry resin transformer, a changing magnetic field is generated. This changing magnetic field is transferred to the secondary coil through the iron core. Due to the change of the magnetic field, a voltage is induced in the secondary coil.
