B27P090 oriented silicon steel production process:
Billet heating: heating the billet in a continuous casting machine to a temperature above the solidification point of the steel;
Rolling: rolling into steel plates with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm and a width of 500 to 700 mm;
Annealing: cooling of the rolled steel plate to a certain temperature and recrystallisation annealing to improve its properties;
Cutting: cutting the annealed steel plate to specified lengths;
Cooling: cooling of the cut steel plate to prevent it from cracking during subsequent processing;
Inspection: inspection of the cooled steel plate to determine if its quality meets the requirements.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel must conform to the standards set by the State.
The size of the hot rolled steel plate shall be accurate and the permissible deviation shall be in accordance with Table 1-6.
