Oil-immersed Three-phase Two-winding No-load Tap-changing Distribution Transformer Description
The transformer's oil tank features full, smooth, flat welds with uniform thickness, ensuring leak-free performance. The core is constructed using 0.23mm high-permeability laser-scribed silicon steel laminations and a stepped five-notch core structure, effectively reducing no-load losses and excitation current.
The high-voltage winding employs a multi-layer design with insulating tape between layers to enhance mechanical strength. The low-voltage winding utilizes preformed end rings with full support and zero gaps, ensuring robust mechanical stability.
For pressure protection, a pressure relief valve is installed. In gas protection systems, the QJ4 gas relay is selected for units above 800kVA. Transformers exceeding 1000kVA are equipped with a signal thermometer for remote oil temperature monitoring.
