110 KV Three-phase Oil-immersed Power Transformer

High - quality cold - rolled grain - oriented silicon steel sheets are selected for the core. It adopts a fully - skewed and hole - free structure. Low - magnetic steel plates are utilized as pull plates to firmly connect the upper and lower clamping parts with the core, forming a solid steel structure. This configuration helps to achieve minimal no - load losses and reduced noise levels.

The oil tank has a flat - top bell - jar structure. Folded - plate - shaped reinforcing irons are welded to the tank wall, enhancing the mechanical strength of the oil tank. To minimize the stray losses of the transformer, large - sized oil immersed transformers are equipped with magnetic shields on the inner wall of the oil tank.

The oil filled power transformer body pressing structure uses a full - circle insulating pressure plate. The winding is assembled as a whole during the fitting process, which significantly improves the oil immersed current transformer's reliability.

Based on the three-phase oil-immersed power transformer's capacity, the windings can be designed in cylindrical, spiral, or continuous forms. For windings with a voltage rating of 110 KV and above, an interleaved or internal - shielded structure is adopted. This effectively optimizes the distribution of impulse voltage. Transposition wires or composite wires are used as conductors to cut down on the additional losses in the windings. 

To prevent the displacement of the oil immersed power transformer body during transportation, a positioning device is installed inside the oil tank for the body. A sealed oil conservator is used to isolate the oil immersed self cooled transformer oil from the atmosphere, thus preventing the oil from getting damp and aging.  Depending on the weight of the power transformer oil, a pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the oil tank to guarantee the safe operation of the oil immersed type transformer.
