GNEE Steel Electrical Steel For Transformer

Scb13 dry type transformer is a new upgraded product. Its no-load loss is reduced by 5% compared to the scb12 model and 20% compared to the scb11 model, with significant energy-saving effects. At the same time, it is safe, flame retardant, pollution-free, maintenance free, and easy to install. It has good moisture resistance and can be restarted after shutdown without the need for pre drying. The model has the characteristics of low loss, low partial discharge and low noise. Under forced air cooling, it can operate at 120% of rated overload. A comprehensive temperature protection and control system provides reliable assurance for the safe operation of transformers.

 

Transformer Feature

1. Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is 20%+ lower than that of scb11 product, with good energy-saving effect, economic operation and free for maintenance.

2. Low noise: The noise of this product is 10-15 dB lower than the "6-220 kV transformer sound level" of the current professional standard JB / T 10088-1999.

3. Low partial discharge: Adopt advanced mixing and vacuum membrane degassing technology to evenly mix the resin and remove bubbles in the mixture. This kind of raw material has dense solidification structure and can resist natural gas, explosion and environmental pollution.All high and low Voltage coils are injected under vacuum pressure. The local discharge electrode of this product is low and can be controlled below 5pc.

4. Safety materials:Glass fiber and other insulating materials have automatic stop characteristics, and resin will not produce toxic and harmful gas at high temperature,and will not produce arc when in short circuite.

5. High mechanical strength: filling resin reduces the difference of injection expansion coefficient, small curing shrinkage, small internal stress and high hardness of solidified body. The epoxy resin coating on the inner and outer surfaces of high and low voltage coils has the same structure as steel reinforced concrete. Its mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand the action of sudden short-circuit electrodynamic force without damage.

Low voltage winding (lV winding)

1. For low-voltage windings with a capacity greater than 400kVA, high-quality foil conductors are used for winding manufacturing to achieve better current turn balance and less lateral magnetic flux leakage, ultimately greatly improving the transformer's short-circuit resistance.

2. By reasonably designing the oil ducts inside the winding, the heat dissipation effect of the winding is greatly improved. Therefore, reasonable design reduces temperature rise and improves the overload capacity of the product.

 

High voltage winding (HV winding)

1. The high-voltage winding is made of high-quality wires and reinforced with glass fiber insulation.

2. High voltage winding is cast in German HUBERS vacuum casting machine under vacuum and high voltage conditions, with the best resin permeability and low partial discharge electrode (partial discharge of 11kV products can be lower than 5Pc).

3. The high-voltage winding adopts an optimized structure to improve the electric field of the transformer.

The winding model design adopts lightning impulse simulation calculation, greatly improving the product's lightning resistance ability.
