Core
The core is made of high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with excellent magnetic conductivity. Employing a 45-degree full oblique step-lap joint process, and coated with a special moisture-proof and anti-rust coating on the surface, it effectively reduces no-load losses, no-load current, and noise levels. High-voltage windings
The high-voltage windings are crafted from high-quality conductors. Long and short chopped glass fiber mats serve as reinforcing fillers, and the windings are cast using the world-class Heidrich vacuum casting system under vacuum conditions. This advanced manufacturing process effectively suppresses the occurrence of partial discharge, with the partial discharge quantity being less than 5 picocoulombs.
