This Transformer Core Frame Assembly /Built Core is offered for a wide range of transformers starting from 25 KVA to 10 MVA. Further CRGO is assembled and clamped properly with No load losses testing.

We can supply silicon steel cores in two configurations:

Logs (for customers who require cores to be assembled on-site)

Fully assembled cores (ready to be used in transformer manufacturing)

Core and Coil Assembly Configurations

Transformer cores can be assembled in different configurations to suit specific design requirements. We offer both shell-type and core-type configurations:

Shell-Type: The core surrounds the windings, creating a closed loop for magnetic flux to flow. This configuration is commonly used in distribution transformers and provides less energy loss.

Core-Type: The windings surround the core steel, but there is no closed path for the magnetic flux around the coils. While this configuration is less efficient and results in higher energy losses, it is still widely used for certain transformer designs.
