Oriented Electrical Steel

It is characterized by its unique grain-oriented crystal structure, which aligns the crystal grains predominantly in one direction during the manufacturing process. This grain orientation enhances its magnetic properties and makes it highly efficient for directing and conducting magnetic flux.
Low Core Losses: One of the primary advantages of Oriented Electrical Steel is its remarkably low core losses, which include hysteresis and eddy current losses. These low losses contribute to the energy efficiency of transformers, leading to reduced energy consumption and operational costs.
Reduced Magnetostriction: Oriented Electrical Steel has minimal magnetostrictive properties, meaning it undergoes only slight dimensional changes when subjected to magnetic fields.
