Oriented silicon steel coils enterprise

Silicon steel, also known as electrical steel, laminated steel or transformer steel, is a ferritic alloy of iron and silicon that is magnetic and used in motors and transformers. This kind of steel contains silicon content of 0.5%-4.5% and low carbon content of less than 0.08%. The addition of silicon (Si) improves the magnetic softness of steel and increases the resistivity of steel. Silicon steel comes in two forms: grain-oriented (GO) and non-oriented (NGO). GO silicon steel can be further subdivided into regular grain orientation (RGO) and high permeability grain orientation (HGO) materials. 

1. Due to the high magnetic permeability, low coercivity and high resistivity of silicon steel, hysteresis loss and eddy current loss are small.
2. Silicon steel requires high plasticity, smooth surface, and few harmful inclusions to meet the punching and shearing process, improve magnetic induction, and reduce hysteresis loss.
3. At present, the production process of hot-rolled silicon steel has been eliminated in China and has been replaced by cold-rolled silicon steel. The iron loss performance of silicon steel supplied by CUMIC far exceeds the iron loss requirements of international standards.

Cold rolled grain oriented steel

Each bare coil is to be securely tied with two straps around the coil's eyes (or no straps) and one circumference.
The contact points of these straps at the edge of the coil are to be protected with edge protectors.

The coils are then properly wrapped with waterproof/water-resistant paper and then properly and completely metal wrapped.

Wooden pallets and iron pallets can be used, or according to your requirements.

And each filled coil is properly wrapped with tape so that three to six strips pass through the eyes of the coil at approximately equal distances.
